Data uploaded to an organization account will be deemed to be owned by the organization and data to a user account to that user. In using this service, you understand the service allows you to share your data with others and acknowledge that we will not be responsible for how your data is used by others if is shared or made public. To enhance your use of the service, we may copy, cache or modify your data to improve the system's performance.
Data collected by the Africa Soil Information Service (AfSIS) and stored in AfSISDB is shared under the ODC Open Database License (ODbL) version 1.0, with attribution to AfSIS.

All intellectual property and database rights, in our Site, and in the materials published on it, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials, look and feel and software (including code, interface and website structure) (“Materials”) are owned by us, our subsidiaries, affiliates companies and/or any of our partners (“the Owners”).
